Our workouts are backed by science, and designed for you, at your level. They're also fun - believe it or not - and you'll be guided step by step by our world-class coaching staff to reach your goals fast.
Kids classes focus on making fitness fun through games and short workouts where the intent is learning how to move properly while also burning off some of that endless energy that is so prevalent for that age group.
Tweens workouts are designed to introduce and reinforce proper fundamental movement mechanics to kids ages 9-12 while keeping them entertained and burning off the energy that they always seem to have an abundance of. This means that, for the most part, no two workouts are the same, so kids never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating.
In our program we develop agility, speed, power, strength and overall conditioning.Our fitness is broad-we place equal emphasis on speed, strength, agility, flexibility, stamina and balance-and we keep things fun. Our workouts are made to be skill-based, challenging and progressive.
