“Before I joined, I think I really kind of hated myself. I would pass by the mirror and not feel like myself. I didn’t like what I was becoming. I decided I was really ready to take care of me. It seems like I kind of take care of everyone else and there is never time for me. I just decided it is my time to start this journey & finally feel good about myself.
10 months later I look forward to every single class!!! When I first started and looked at the workout…I said I can’t do that, I can’t do that, but now I can do a lot of things listed!!! I am a “mean” rower!!!!!! I am lifting the bar with weights….even above my head.
The best part? My clothes are already fitting better. (In fact, very loose…lol) I plan my day around my work-out and really want to go!!! (PS-lots of compliments from my husband!)”
