9 Workouts

9 workouts.  

That’s my challenge to you.  

Over the next 3 weeks, I’m asking you to get in 9 real workouts where you break a sweat, push yourself and feel like you did something challenging.

Doesn’t sound too bad does it?

But 99% of people won’t get it done.  

99% of people will call it until January and throw the next 3 weeks to the wind.

What really matters, however, is you.  Not the rest of the world.  

And to you, those 9 workouts will make all the difference.  

No, I’m not suggesting that 9 workouts will dramatically change your health or your physique in the next 3 weeks.

I am suggesting that the mindset behind getting it done during a season where it’s really easy not to, is what will make all the difference in the rest of your life.  

The commitment to overcoming that little voice that says, “oh well, we’ll just start fresh in January” will get you on the path to overcoming that same little voice that will echo throughout the rest of your year.  

It’s the same voice that keeps you from chasing your dreams, from getting out of bed, from making the hard choice and allows you to give up on yourself.  

9 workouts.  

3 x a week for the next 3 weeks and you will become a different person.  

That’s it.  

(And if you are already a different person, and can scoff at this goal because you’re already committed, congratulations.  I hope you realize how incredible you are.)
