The holiday season is heading into its final crescendo and if you’re like most of us, you probably haven’t been doing all of the things you should to stay healthy and fit over the last few weeks. Add that to the fact that it’ll be getting dark at 3:45pm for a while and it’s hard to think of a better time to get started with CrossFit Sandpoint this January.

With that in mind, we offer our Foundations program designed to get new CrossFitters up and running confidently as they get started on their new lifestyle.
The classes for this session will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, and will be starting on January 3rd.
The month long session will consist of 8 classes designed to get you up and running on the road to changing your life. Regardless of your current training status, we’ll train you properly on how to move and lift safely, efficiently and eventually, powerfully.
Your body will change, your mind will change, and your life will change. We guarantee it.
We’ll combine this strength work with our conditioning workouts to gradually integrate you into our normal classes and get you where you feel the best you’ve felt in years, both mentally and physically.
By the time you’ve finished the month, you’ll have a great knowledge of how to lift, move and you’ll be comfortable with our team of incredibly qualified coaches.
The class is limited to 8 people to ensure a close student to instructor ratio, so don’t wait to register. Our January session typically fills up fast. (If the TTh classes fill up, we may add a MW option, so email firstname.lastname@example.org if it is showing as full).
